Armed men have struck again in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. The Militants have blown up a section of the Tebidaba-Brass pipeline belonging to oil giant, Nigerian Agip Oil Company along the Azuzuama- Ikienghenbiri creek.
