I've no regret predicting Buhari's victory - Fr Mbaka

Enugu State-based Catholic Priest and Founder of the Adoration Ministries, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has said that the current hardship being faced by Nigerians won’t make him to regret his prophecy that Muhammadu Buhari would win the 2015 presidential election.
Mbaka insisted that Nigeria needed a change in leadership, which informed his prediction that the immediate past President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, would be defeated by Buhari.
Through his media aide, Mr. Maximus Ike Ugwuoke, Fr Mbaka said he was not regretting his 2015 prophecy despite the present state of the economy, which has entailed serious hardship on Nigerians. He stated that on several occasions, he had released prophecies on the current hard times.

Ugwuoke said: “When these prophesies come, it must not be what people think or want; people are entitled to their views; those reactions mean nothing; the important thing is that there is nothing he had prophesised which never came to pass; the ministry does not care how people feel about his prophecies. Some call him a controversial priest; some call him a fiery priest and all that. They are entitled to their opinion. The fact remains that he is a true prophet.”
The cleric also debunked insinuations that he fell apart with Jonathan over his refusal to grant him (Mbaka) a licence for an oil well.
“These are lies from the pit of hell; these were used to water down the prophecy because people did not understand. It was even alleged that he received N5 million from Buhari; you begin to wonder what is N5 million to Mbaka? Is it the school fees he is paying for hundreds of people? These are all propaganda,” he said.
Mbaka denied insinuations that he met with Buhari’s men before releasing his 2015 prophecy of change. “There were also these claims of meeting with All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftains before the election. Mbaka never held any such meeting; he never met Buhari before the election; there has never been any communication between them; what he has already is bigger than oil well; he is a musician and the ministry is being sustained with that.”
