RCCG moves to empower members

To guard against the sweeping global per­vasion of morals, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Lagos Province 14 has in­augurated the executive committee of its Redeem­ers Men Fellowship (RMF) to strengthen daily family worship and prayers.
With the family as the basic building block for an upright society, the ‘Cho­sen Generation’, as they are tagged, was commissioned at the RCCG Provincial Headquarters at Isolo, La­gos, to oversee the activi­ties of the men fellowship. A total of 18 zones were in­augurated in the province.

Members of the provin­cial RMF are Pastor Ola Olaniyi (President), Marc Adudu (Vice), Moses Ugo­chukwu (Secretary-Gen­eral), Stephen Onyenike (Treasurer), Adeoye Kay­ode (Financial Secretary), Christian Ibekwe (PRO), Kunle Ojudale (Provost), and Ajetunmobi Oluwa­seun (Assistant Secretary).
Speaking at the event, the pastor in charge of Province 14 RMF, Mr Jide Akiode, tasked members to lead their families in worship and prayers and in that light ensure that righ­teousness becomes key in their daily affairs.
“You are change agents. In a world where men are confused, thereby chang­ing their gender, wearing ear rings and becoming in­creasingly feminine; God needs a chosen genera­tion.”
Akiode insisted that a chosen generation of holy and peculiar men would not only lead their fami­lies in worship but also live holy, stand for righteous­ness in the work place, lead a national renewal, and not be ashamed to stand for God against evil.
