Ambode sacks Commissioners of Tourism, Finance and Transport


Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, on Wednesday fired the commissioners for Tourism, Mr Folorunsho Folarin-Coker; Finance, Dr. Mustapha Akinkunmi and Transport, Dr. Ekundayo Mobereola.
A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tunji Bello, announced the cabinet reshuffle by the governor.

The statement said the governor directed the Special Adviser, Arts and Culture to take over as the Acting Commissioner for Ministry of Tourism and Culture.

Pending the appointments of substantive commissioners in the affected ministries, the Special Adviser on Transportation will take over as Acting Commissioner for Transportation, while the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance will take over as the Acting Commissioner for Finance.
