The Supreme Court in Abuja has struck out the interlocutory appeals filed by Jimoh Ibrahim, a factional candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Eyitayo Jegede, another factional candidate. A 5-man panel led by acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Walter Onnoghen struck out the interlocutory appeals after hearing them as insisted by Jimoh Ibrahim’s counsel Barrister Nwofor.
