The message must be sent using the phone number you provided during the enrollment/registration.
For those who  lost, discarded or discontinued using their phone numbers, They can change the number by Sending: CHANGEME FIRSTNAME SURNAME OLDMOBILENUMBER e.g CHANGEME ABBAS KARIM 08025027000 send to any of the above mobile numbers using your present number(New Number)
