High Chief Raymond Dokpesi Has What It Takes - Gov Fayose

The Yoruba's have an adage, they say, 'it is only evil people don't struggle for.'  This presupposes that everybody strives for good and go the whole hog to attain it. This explains the teeming number of persons aspiring to the National Chairmanship position of the party.

As a party that intends to form a government  in 2019, we need able hands and responsible people with experience who have the means and capacity to take us to the next level.

It has been said by some people that the PDP has made mistakes, this thinking isn't true.

There is nothing the PDP has done that the APC hasn't done worse. However, when you are on the floor you are the guinea pig and because the APC is the government in power, it is easy for them to blackmail the PDP

I am of a firm conviction that Chief Dokpesi  has what it takes but what the party should guarantee is a level playing ground. There is no gainsaying the fact that Chief Dokpesi has paid his dues and the cap fits him.

His TV station  has been a blessing to our party.

I wish him well and hope the position of the chairmanship of the party will offer him a veritable platform to showcase his sterling leadership qualities.

I am praying for him so that what God has purposed for him will come to pass.

The PDP's actions or inactions are infinitesimal compared to the looting  going on in this  administration. The scandals and  cover up of this administration is unrivalled.

Charging Dokpesi to court because hehas used his TV station to serve Nigerians is a total waste of time.

We want the President to come out openly and tell us the looters under this present administration.

Dokpesi I wish you the best and pray that God grants you the desires of your heart. You are a very committed person and even if we don't work for you, we won't work against you.
