Reports: Dino Melaye Arraigned On Stretcher, Granted Bail, Rearrested To Be Taken To Lokoja

Unfolding Reports has it that Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District has been arraigned before a magistrate court in Wuse Zone 2 Abuja on stretcher conveyed in a police ambulance with registration number NPF2214D today, Wednesday 2nd May, 2018.

Total of 14 pick-up vans with minimum of 11 fully armed policemen in each and seven 18-seater buses also filled with policemen armed to the teeth accompanied him to the court like a notorious international criminal that has heavy armory.

The charged pressed against him was that he broke the glass of the police vehicle conveying him and attempted to kill himself on 24th April, 2018.

He was granted bail in the sum of N90m and two sureties in like sum but was rearrested immediately that he will be conveyed to Lokoja.

At about 4:19 pm they drove him in the ambulance conveying him and in the convoy of over 200 armed policemen out of the court premises in preparation for their planned trip to Lokoja.
