Yesterday I was opportuned to visit the Dubai of Africa "Eko Atlantic"

The proposed future financial capital of Africa. 

They are calling on investors to come and take advantage of this world class Project. 
I also got to know that as of now: 1sqm of land costs $1.100. 
Just incase you dunno what this means. 
A land space the size of a tile is gonna cost you 400k. 
They really need to get those investors. TBH.
