Man Attacks EEDC Officer Over Outrageous Electricity Bill

The Anambra State Police command has arrested the man that assaulted some Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) staff after being served an electricity bill he claimed was outrageous at Umuoji road in Ogidi area of Anambra state. 

We reported earlier that the man locked in and assaulted the EEDC staff over move to disconnect his apartment from the power grid. 

A video update shared on social media revealed that the man has been arrested by the police and will also be prosecuted over charges bordering on assault. Here is a video of his arrest
