Premier League club, Chelsea, have announced they have agreed to sign Moroccan winger Hakim Ziyech from Ajax in a £33.3m deal.
The fee for the 26-year-old Morocco international is expected to rise to £36.7m depending on add-ons.
A Chelsea statement read: "Chelsea Football Club has reached an agreement with Ajax to sign Hakim Ziyech this summer.
"The move is subject to the player agreeing personal terms and he will remain at the Dutch club for the rest of this season."
Ziyech has eight goals and 21 assists in 30 games for Ajax this campaign, which has helped them to the top of the table.
Ajax coach, Erik ten Hag also confirmed the deal between the Dutch club and Chelsea.
'Ziyech to Chelsea? A transfer was coming, we expected it to happen,' Ten Hag told Fox Sports. 'And I actually already expected this one or two years earlier. And each time it was: "Wow, he stayed again".
'We are just happy that we will still have him until the end of the season.'
Ziyech, who joined Ajax from Twente in 2016 has scored 48 goals as well as contributing 82 assists in 159 matches for the Amsterdam club. For this season, he has scored eight goals and provided 21 assists this season so far.
