Kano Hisbah Reinstate Suspended Officer

 Dala local government Hisbah Commander, Suyudi Muhammad Hassan has been reinstated by the Kano state Hisbah board after initially being suspended over alleged diversion of palliatives meant for the local government area.

 

Announcement of his reinstatement was conveyed in a letter with reference number KN/HB/OPS/88/04/V.II/191 and signed by the state’s Hisbah board’s Principal Assistant Secretary Muhammad Babangida D/Iya. 

 

Babangida said Hassan was reinstated after an investigation revealed that he is not guilty of the offence he was accused of. A committee which was set up over the incident, reportedly found all allegations against him to be false and fabricated to malign him.

 

The letter read in part; 

 

“I am directed to inform you that, the Commander General has approved the re-instatement of Suyudi Muhammad Hassan as Commander Dala local government Hisbah."
