Exclusive: Arik Air Staff Reportedly Embark on Indefinite Strike Over Unpaid Salaries.

Reports gathered from an Exclusive interview with a Staff who requested Anonymity at ArikAir, Transcop Hilton Office Maitama, Abuja. said the staff of the airline decided to embark on the strike action at this critical time of the year when passengers are most likely prone to travel.

The airline payment platform is still up and running and debiting prospective travelers  who are unaware that the airline is on strike. At the airport terminals passengers are been told to go to their office to collect their refund which is not been given. The few staff of the airline who are at their duty post are not attending to any passenger with respect to the collection of payment refund.

It was gathered by our reporter that the said airline has been rescheduling flights paid for by passengers without any refund, apologies or explanation.

The staff of ArikAirline are protesting non payment of salaries and he said once they start receiving alerts they are ready to resume immediately.
