As Abike danced with her husband Folarin to the Alter, she couldn’t help but be grateful for all God has done for her. As a family, they had special thanksgiving to do. She and Folarin had just clocked ten years in marriage. She smiled as she looked at her two children doing their dance the best way they could.
The first child Temidara, her son was nine while the second child Temitope, her daughter was seven. The choir rendered hot African praise songs as jubilation filled the atmosphere.
So many reasons to be thankful for; Abike thought within. She had the best husband in the whole world with two lovely, Godly, obedient, talented and intelligent kids. Her home had nothing but heavenly bliss. It was as if God had created Folarin for her specially. He understood her to pieces. With his help, she was able to establish her own NGO which had many international backings. She resigned from her previous job in order to manage her new organisation. The fulfilment she had was indescribable.
Mummy-Rachael was not left out; she tagged along the dance train giving praise to God. She was now in her mid-70s and she was still looking very strong. Of course they remained evangelism partners and Abike often ran to her for advice.
